PEOPLE

Nothing gives us greater pleasure than seeing people flourish. So we set out to cultivate a boundless culture, free from egos and hierarchy that limit the way people think, act and grow. Our walls are painted chalkboard black, so people can write, draw, paint, scribble, dream and doodle to their heart’s content. Our belief is that creativity thrives in an ideas democracy where great ideas can come from anywhere or anyone. Except Doug. His best idea is rummaging through bins every day after lunch. But then again, he is a Pug.

DOUG

CHIEF CANINE OFFICER

Prolific bin-dipper and furry stress ball, Doug’s been ‘working’ in advertising for over 5 years. Recognise his face? You’ve probably seen him on the cover of Luerzer’s Archive, as part of their award-winning ‘Untouchable Covers’ campaign.
