Estate agents get a bad rap for service – often viewed as being more interested in their own targets than their customers’ needs. In an era of faceless digital home-buying or rental services, we identified that exceptional local knowledge and a highly-personal touch are what vendors and buyers, looking to sell or spend £1million + on property, are really after.
